Cough, cold and fever
My daughter is having cough, cold and fever since yesterday morning. Fever goes to 101. Once given dolo or ibugesic syrup, fever goes down and comes agqin after close to 6 hours. She feels some chills and then get fever. We are giving her Timnic for cold and tycklix for cough. Please suggest how long would it take to stabilise and should we consider antibiotics at this time. Last week she was having stomach issues and fever. She was given rantac and azee syrup at that time.

You haven't shared age of your daughter. It's better you take her to a General practitioner or a pediatrician as applicable. Over the counter drugs is not advisable.
Next Steps
Decision of antibiotics should be guided by the clinical signs and symptoms
