I am having a little cough since last two days accompanied with no other symptoms like fever, headache, weakness etc. is it covid or something else? please help

Only little cough can't qualify as a covid symptom. Most covid 19 patients have fever low to high grade. So any fever in a situation of Pandemic to be considered as covid 19 unless proved otherwise. But only cough can be due to other conditions including non infectious ones.
Next Steps
Observe for any other symptoms like fever, runny nose, sore throat, breathing difficulty, loss of smell, chest pain. Take gargle with Lukewarm water.
