Cough and stuffed nose

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi.. My 1 month old baby 5.1 kg weight is suffering from cough since 1 week gradually increasing and stuffed nose, with milk regurgitation on n off. I consulted a child specialist who advised for syp Tinmin Plus , zerotuss XP drops, and digeplex drops...... My query is whether the medicines r gud and what dose should i give.... Kindly advise

If mild,no medicine is required. Just give steam inhalations 5-6 times a day,and use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block. If accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,consult your paediatrician asap.
