Cough and pain in throat.
I have wet cough in throat and the throat is paining around tonsil. I am unable to gulp food because of pain

You might be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
