Cough and mild fever
I have been suffering from constant cough and mild fever for last 3 days. Also feeling slight pain in chest. Taking some cough syrup as of now.

I can understand your concern. .you can take a tab. Dolo 650mg twice a day after food for 2 days.
Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 2 days.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
