Cough and fever
For two days I am feeling very ill and weak today my body become very hot and I am feeling very cold and I take rest in bed then what I will do tell me.(Here "I"is my brother.)

Track uour fever whenever you feel so. Take a tablet paracetamol 500 mg twice daily for 2 days. Drink plenty of water. If required, start a multivitamin like cap b complex omce daily for next 5 days. Constact online if more query.

Isolate yourself,steam inhalation,Drink plenty of fluids, salt water gargling, avoid cold food and drinks, avoid stress and tensions,sleep minimum 8 hours at night, monitor temperature and oxygen levels 6th hourly once.. take paracetamol 650mg  when temperature touches 99 degree and above..if any alarming symptoms inform the health authorities nearby.
