Cough and congestion

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Dear sir, I have problem of cough with congestion in nose also in ear with pain .. It become severe with headache when I drink cold water or any cold foodstuffs.. Please guide me for this problem , as I have tried everything from stem to medication .. but problem returns after certain period. Regards Paresh Rane
