Cough and cold
Throughout the year i suffer from cough and cold. Is there any way out as to how i can cure this?
On every alternate morning i get non-stop sneezes and then I catch up with cold which stays for a week but throughout the year I suffer from this
Is there any remedy to cure this?

You need to avoid allergens and take antiallergic medications.
