Sir I have cold and cough I used 3 cough syrup but I can't get rid of it from last 45 days so please help me to get rid of it

Hello! Your problem could be arising secondary to post nasal drip because of sinusitis. You may need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses. A nasal spray and antihistamine might help.
