  3. Cough and cold. It into bad cold.

I , very frequently catch cold and cough. It starts with irritation in throat and then sneezing and then very bad cold and nose gets blocked . takes almost a week to get normal .right now i am feeling sore throat . what shud i do to prevent turning it into bad cold .
