Cough and cold
Hello Dr. My baby boy is 6 years old. Yesterday he had fever around 99.5 so i gave him fever medicine. Now he doesn't have fever but he has got cough and cold. Which medicine now i should give him? Plz suggest. Thank you in advance 🙏

Give warm water. If cough and cold not affecting sleep and activities of the child, no need to give any syp. Give paracetamol as and when required for fever

Give paracetamol for fever if temperature is more than 100.4F.
Give warm water frequently and consult pediatrician online or in person
