Hello, My baby is 11 months and 10 days old , since morning he started runny nose with mucus and water and he is coughing mild along with sneezing and watery eye. As the winter season has started here. Please suggest any medicine if I can give. I have maxtra syrup available. Regards, Neena

Hi Neena, you can give maxtra syp 2.5ml twice a day for runny nose... For mild cough give home remedy & lukewarm water to drink...
