Cough and cold for 2months old baby
Hi,
My baby is 2months old, she s having cold nd cough. Not running nose, but while breathing sound is coming. Sometimes crying alot due to this congestion. While crying having cough nd act lik vomiting. She s taking feed at regular intervals. Sometimes spit ups happening. Pls guide me 🙏

Next Steps
Instill saline nasal drops (1 drops) each nostril and clean the nose.
Burp the baby for 15-20 min after the feed for proper digestion
Spitting milk is normal.
If crying excessively give colicaid drops

Hi! Child is having URTI.you can use nasoclear nasal drops 1 drop In Both nostrils f/b gentle massage. And see if sounds are from nose or chest .
Consult your pediatrician.
