Cough and chest congestion

Asked for Male, 6 Years

Hi, my kid is suffering with cough and vomiting flem once/twice a day, Particularly in the night. We have DUOLIN and BUDECART at home. Please suggest if I can give nebulisation with anyone of these or pls suggest any other alternative which give some relief. Thanks in advance.

If mild,give just steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. If the child is asthmatic,and has wheezing sounds in his breathing,use both the meds mentioned in nebulizer. If severe,consult your paediatrician asap
