My after ultrasound shows a simple cortical cyst at upper mid pole of right kidney. It measures around 6.3 x 6.5cm

Small renal simple cortical cyst does not require any active intervention unless it causes pressure on pelvicalyceal system or constant symptoms.however,it has to be followed up regularly with ultrasonography or other imaging at 6 monthly or about yearly basis .
Any complex cyst require further evaluation.
