Hi ! Will answer your questions in the same order as u asked 1. There is nothing like high power for age . There are children 5 or 6 years old who have higher degrees of refractive power . 2. The easiest way to have clear vision when u have a refractive error is to wear glasses regularly . 3. U may use lubricant eye drops for relief from dry eyes . But an ophthalmologist needs to examine you in detail for suggesting other treatment for your problem 4. Unfortunately there is no way to make your power go back to zero again . However refractive surgery like LASIK is an option which can be considered when your power is stable for atleast 1 year and you are beyond the age of 21. 5. U may use an antireflective coating over your glasses . 6. Once glasses are prescribed u may take an annual check up at a qualified ophthalmologist . Hope I have answered all your queries. Take care
