Corpus Luteum Cyst in Left overy
Hi Doctor!! I had a miscarriage. I had D&C operation on 10th Dec 2018. After that I had spotting period on 10th Jan 2019 with high abdominal pain. My doctor did usg in tvs way. He seen one Corpus Luteum Cyst with 2.5 cm in Left overy. That's why bleeding comes out with high abdominal pain. He prescribed Ovral L  -- one per day till 21 days after dinner. After 21 days, period will come after 21 days. And need take another tablet from period day 1 to day 21x 2 months. Doctor told me period will stop with abdominal & needs to test Hb%, TC, DC, ESR, GTT, TOXOPLASMA IgG & IgM, ACA, LA, AMH, Serum TSH, Testosterone. But today is my 11th of period. Period isn't stopped with abodominal pain. Last night, one strong blood clot has passed during urin. That is not liquid. It seems like a part of bloody cyst. earlier i don't have any cyst. 1. Corpus Luteum cyst is getting melted so that it get passed away from vagina? 2. when my period will stop? 3. why those tests are required?
