Can we take coronil tablet along with antibiotics and paracetamol in case of fever . I m not sure what is the reason for fever . It is there from 4 days after antibiotic dose

Please get your self tested. You can do blood reports like CBC,ESR,CRP and some other depending on your symptoms other than fever. You can take coronil. Take paracetamol only when there is fever.
