1Test on day 5 and between day 10 2.home quarentine for 14 days 3.wear mask at all times 4.stay in a seperate room,use seperate utensils,drinks,washroom. 5.maintain social distance of at least 2m. 6..maintain hand hygiene,dont share personal items with anyone in household. 7.monitor temperature evey 4 hourly and check oxygen saturation(call doctor if saturation drops below 95%) 8.contact nearest COVID 19 hospital. 9..warning signs explained e.g.  shortness of breathe,confusion,change in taste sensation,bluing of lips,high grade fever, continuous cough,severe diaherrea. 10.contact doc sos if symptoms worsen. 11.stay hydrated,eat nutritious food.  12.sanitize by phenol(lizol),sodium hypochlorite(bleach)frequently touched surface like door knobs,taps. 13.stay away from elderly(above 60 years) ,children(below 10 years) and patient with co-morbidities (like hypertension, diabetes, 14.follow guidelines set by the concerned authorities. 15.download aarogya setu app.
