Due to low back pain Doctor advised for physiotherapy...last 2 days I took physiotherapy with double mask and glass..bed fully sanitized and cover by own bed cover...trainer wear single mask..today trainer informed he got fever yesterday night...no other symptoms...I am getting fear about me...Please advise is there any chance for me...I have no symptoms...

Hello! As of now, you just need to watch out for any symptoms such as headache, tiredness, breathing difficulty, fever, cough etc. If you have an oximeter, you can check your oxygen saturation level (normal if above 94%). Wear a mast and try to isolate yourself from others in your family. Drink lots of water - warm water if available. Take nutritious diet - with fruits and vegetables. If you develop any symptoms, I suggest you get yourself tested. And more importantly, please do not panic. :)
