Hello Firstly record your BP . Also it is imp to take BP medicine regularly to avoid any fluctuations. Do not stop them until told to do so, by a doctor. Continue the tablets. Stay safe.

Do not skip ur bp medication unless and until it goes low or advised by ur doctor... Take bp medications regularly, follow strict salt restricted diet, do some physical activity..

Please don't skip BP medication abruptly unless it's changed by a physician. And I recommend to check your BP in your home with digital apparatus or by any health care professional near you. And it doesn't cause death if you consume now.
