a corneal opacity which has led to the formation of SCAR over cornea generally will require surgery if centrally placed on your cornea disturbing your visual axis and line of sight
if scar has not formed and the opacity is active then it may be amenable to treatment with eyedrops

The treatment of corneal opacity will depend on the type or extent of the opacity. Usually drops are of no use and surgical options have to be explored. Please send me a photo so that I can advice you accordingly.
