Contracture of little fingure

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My 4 year old child suffering from contracture of little finger due to stitches over injury at the age of 2 years. There were no damages in bone. Just figure is bending towards inside, different doctors sujjesting different solution. Which were costly. Pls sujjest what will be better solution. So that his figure became normal & grow normally

You should consult an orthopaedic for the correct treatment as it has been 2 years after fracture so surgery may be the only treatment to correct the contracture
