I am on a medication of itracanazole from last 12 days , and taking 100 mg twice a day, yesterday had unrpotected sex with my bf, and took itra an ipill simultaneously and then today also took itra at noon , will the ipill fail?

Azoles can decrease efficacy of hormones. Wait for your periods and if you miss it then test uribe for pregnancy.
