Contraception Advice
I have been using the hormonal pill-Triquilar for the past 6 months. I dont want to use any hormonal method. I want to use a diaphragm or cervical cap as a backup with male condom. I haven't given birth . Is the diaphragm available over the counter? im uncomfortable with the vaginal exam to get the diaphragm or cervical cap prescribed.
