Continuously stomach burning urine paini
I have a problem in my stomach i already have a gastric problem but the big issue is that it was 5years back everyday my stomach is burning and some very bad white things comes out while i spit and regularly my urine also paining .

Hi.... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can....
Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty....
.Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach...
Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function
