  4. Continuous ringing in ear. Should i do?

Continuous ringing in ear
My left ear exposed to a blast a month ago. From then I've been hearing ringing sounds and it is quite annoying in a calm environment. And also getting some disturbance when exposed to louder sounds. I've already gone through an audiometry assessment and the result was quiet normal. What should i do?
