Continuous mild headache
I am having continuous mild headache usually
The head at back seems full of some thing then the head ache spreads from back to sides
The head ache is mild but sometime litle above mild
I am taking beta cap for anxiety
And often at this time my face seems very warm

In the meanwhile you can get an opthalmology check up done to see if you need glases or any change or power.
If headaches continue inspite of that, may need an MRI brain to evaluate further
