Continuous fever
Suffering from fever last 2 to 4 days continuously.regarding this I consulted with physician and he conducted necessary test like malaria antigen,typhide dot,urine routine and all reports are normal but in this ESR content was 50 so doctor lead to do a chest x-ray which is also normal. So he prescribed me crosin advanced and a anti biotic tab swich200 for 5 days. But these medicine are not effective because from yesterday fever is 104 and have taken 3 dose of priscribtion. Please sugest me some required treatment.

Hello.. ESR is non specific and doesn't always suggest infection..Yes it says about chronic infection but then it also implies about low HB levels...So need not worry...Continue the medication and go for follow up with the doctor...Thank you

First of all take full rest. Instead of the above antibiotic, take tab Taxim-OF twice daily after meals and tab Meftal Forte twice daily.for 5 days. Everything will be fine For any other issue consult me in private.all the best
