Continuous fever for 4 days
My sister's baby (8 months old) is having fever for four days. Doctor nearby suggested ibugesic syrup for the baby. We gave 1ml after which baby feels normal, again temperature rises in night or late evening. This is happening for 2days now. Pls suggest what to do now or help with any other medications.

Since the child is running temperature for 4 days, you need to do a blood and urine test to know the cause of fever,
