Continuous dysentery from 2years

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have been suffering from dysentery since from 2 years .it means daily I will go for dysentery 5-6 times .after eating anything I have to go to bathroom .I am not understanding wats the problem is .pls suggest me which test I have to do and wat.
