I am coughing continuously from last 3 days. Unable to talk as well and not able to sleep. It is productive cough. While sleeping it intensifies. Whats wrong and which doctor to consult

Continuous cough with sputum production since 3days is likely due to respiratory tract infection i.e. pharyngitis, acute bronchitis or pneumonia. U may need treatment with antibiotics and cough syrups for symptom relief. U must consult to physician. Thank you.
