Hi Doctor, My job is such that I have to work continuously in Computer for long hours. I do not have any problems for my eye as of now. But I've been hearing about something called 'Computer Glasses' for the protection of eyes. Is it advisable to use this computer glasses when my power is normal? Thanks & Regards, Rajkumar

Hello there.... I went through your query.... As of now i think you do not need any glasses as such.... Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well.... Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel your eyes are tired...
