Eye blinking continuously..
From past 4 days my eye is continuously blinking very much at times.
I think the reason may be either change of location or change of shift timings.
I changed my job from Chennai to Bangalore due to which my shift timings have been changed. I was doing 1pm-10 pm shift for almost 7 years. Now it's 9am to 6 pm shift. My current sleep is around 6-7 hours now.

Do u hav a lot of computer use....This along with change in climate may lead to dryness.
Wash ur eyes frequently with cold water. Frequent breaks every 20 mins if involving prolonged computer use.
Lubricating eye drops can b used like refresh eye drops 4 times a day
