I always get cold from dust or even if there's a slight weather change its very often can anyone kindly suggest what might be the issue or which hospital should I visit ?

Do a complete blood count report and take tablet montek lc before food in evening for 10 days and if there is a nasal blockage put otrivin nasal drop 2 drops in each nose for 5 days.

Probably having allergic issue. Need to do 2 blood tests and medications based on that You don't need to visit hospital, we can easily solve it
