Continuous bleeding PV fr 14 days age 46

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have PV bleeding for 14 days my age is 46 , I am having the problem for the past one year , and the USG pelvis shows normal, 3 months back, now y I am having like these tell me sir / madam.
