Hello sir,it cannot be treated naturally. Caries have to be removed and a tooth coloured material is to be placed in the tooth.. Regards

The pain in tooth and gums due to dental decay ( hole) needs dental treatment. You can try rinsing with warm salt water. It will give you relief for a few hours. In the morning please go to the nearest dental doctor

Ur tooth needs to b filled as soon as possible.... whatever solution I give u will b momentary.... take a pain killer for pain relief nd see a dentist
