Continues buzzing in ear

I have a blockage in ear due to over wax ,I once cleaned it using a bud from then I'm face the problem of continues buzzing sound in my ear

The wax should be completely removed using syringing or probe. Using buds can push it inside leading to pain and sounds. Kindly get your ears examined and if wax is thr get it cleaned
