Today I seen some watermelon type small dots in stool and it is attached to stool is it means Blood or tissue or watermelon?? I ate it 1-2 days back is it means my tissue is coming with stool? Is it means rectal or colon cancer?? Or normal?? It didn't looked liked blood but like small red dots like tissue or watermelon im depressed n stress age is 21 rectal pain while stool and anal burning Past history Eshopagistis grade A with erosion of duodenum and have acidity n gases Past piles n constipation

Looks likely blood considering your history,take tablet onoff Oz bd for 5 days with capsule rekool  L daily for 10 days,tablet e stat bd for 5 days.chek stool colour daily.go on a bland diet
