Continous flickering of left eye
My mother is suffering from left eye flickering thing. Her eye keeps flickering and also size of the eye has reduced. Need to know if i need to consult an eye doctor or nuero doctor.

Flickering of  lids is usually due to mental stress or dryness or sleeplessness or nutritional deficiency or or nerve irritation etc.please identify the cause and act accordingly Or consult an oculoplastic surgeon.
