Hello I want to know about contact lense, Which type of contact lense is good ? Which company's lenses good ? I never used any contact lense. I am having -9 number in both eye

There are many companies.eg bosch &lomb, Puricon,silklensand aqualems etc. Please consult an ophthalmologist nearby and get the trial done and have it.
