Consumption of ecospirin
My daughter was suffering from Thromboisis and an IV filter was placed inside. She was on medication with blood thinner Pradaxa 150 mg for 6 months. IV filter has now been removed but she has been advised to continue taking Ecospirin once a day lifetime. She is an aspiring BAMS student and has to prick her finger for practical purpose. Will there be any problem for pricking the finger for blood sample frequently as she is on ecospirin medication. Alternately, now since she has no symptoms whatsoever after 3 months of taking ecospirin post iv filter removal, can she stop taking ecospirin.
