Consuming paneer everyday
Hi I'm breastfeeding mother and I'm consuming paneer everyday. Is it good to consume paneer everyday? If so how much can I consume ? Please guide me.

Paneer is a good source of protein as well as calcium So consuming it daily is a good practice. But take in moderation like a part of one meal a day as other food groups are important too. Also keep yourself hydrated.
