It seems to be after effects of the medicines consumed which might lead to tremors and can increase performance anxiety. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and sexual life. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. You need an expert Sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician and psychologist.

Stop these medicines for now and consult a physician/cardiologist promptly. Irregular heartbeat and tremors need evaluation and shouldn’t be assumed to be medication side effects.

Irregular heartbeat/palpitations and new-onset hand tremors should not be ignored, particularly when you have been using sexual-performance medicines regularly. Tadalafil and dapoxetine can produce adverse effects in some individuals, and other causes unrelated to these medicines are also possible. Because you are experiencing a change in your heartbeat, it is important not to assume that it is simply a medication side effect without proper assessment. The symptoms you describe warrant medical attention, especially if they are recurrent or becoming more frequent.
Next Steps
Please do not take another dose of these sexual-performance medicines until you have discussed the symptoms with a qualified doctor, particularly if the palpitations or tremor occur after taking them. You should consult a physician/cardiologist for an appropriate clinical evaluation and review of all medicines or substances you are using. If the irregular heartbeat is accompanied by chest pain, fainting, severe breathlessness, marked dizziness or a sustained/very rapid heartbeat, seek urgent medical care rather than waiting for a routine appointment. For better treatment and personalised guidance, you may connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5.
Health Tips
Avoid self-adjusting the dose or combining different sexual-performance products, and avoid excessive caffeine, energy drinks, alcohol and recreational substances while you are experiencing palpitations or tremors. Maintain adequate hydration, regular sleep and a calm routine, and note when the symptoms occur and whether they appear after sexual activity or medication use. New irregular heartbeats deserve proper evaluation even in an otherwise healthy person, so please prioritise medical assessment rather than continuing the medicines to see whether the symptoms settle. Thank you

Dear Practo User, Consuming Megalis, Tadalafil other similar tablets has many side effects. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - Often frequent masturbation leads to erection problems and penis shrinkage. It seems to me you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot. Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon? At some point in a man’s life, he may have difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection. Erection problems occur when you can’t achieve or maintain an erection that’s firm enough to have sexual intercourse. Erection problems are also known as: * erectile dysfunction (ED) * impotence * sexual dysfunction In your case I believe you have developed symptoms of Erectile dysfunction. However this issue is not a major problem to worry as there are medications and treatment available for the same. Rest assured your problem can be resolved. You can contact me directly through my website for online or in person consultation - https://www.drfayyazsexologyclinic.com

First, please hear this very clearly: irregular heartbeats (arrhythmias/palpitations) and new-onset hand tremors are serious symptoms that require prompt medical evaluation. Taking combination sexual enhancement medications—specifically Megalis D (Tadalafil 20 mg + Dapoxetine 30 mg) and Manforce Staylong (Sildenafil + Dapoxetine / local anesthetic)—over several years without proper medical supervision carries real pharmacological risks: Cardiovascular Effects of Tadalafil & Sildenafil (PDE5 Inhibitors): These drugs cause systemic vasodilation. In young adults, chronic or frequent unprescribed use can trigger compensatory reflex tachycardia, fluctuations in blood pressure, and cardiac dysrhythmias or palpitations. Serotonergic Effects of Dapoxetine (Short-Acting SSRI): Dapoxetine increases central serotonin levels. Prolonged, frequent use or stacking multiple products containing SSRIs can induce central nervous system hyper-reactivity, manifesting as hand tremors, agitation, insomnia, or mild serotonergic toxicity. Combination Toxicity: Stacking Megalis D and Manforce Staylong multiplies the dosages of PDE5 inhibitors and SSRIs simultaneously, greatly increasing the risk of adverse cardiovascular and neurological side effects.
Next Steps
Consult a Physician / Cardiologist Immediately: Schedule an urgent evaluation with a General Physician or Cardiologist to assess your heart rhythm and neurological symptoms. Essential Diagnostic Investigations: 12-Lead Electrocardiogram (ECG): To evaluate for arrhythmias, conduction delays, or QT interval changes. 24-Hour Holter Monitoring: If palpitations occur randomly throughout the day, a Holter monitor tracks heart rhythm over a full day. Routine Blood Panel: Check serum electrolytes (Potassium, Magnesium), Thyroid Profile (TSH, Free T4), and Fasting Blood Sugar to rule out metabolic causes of tremors and palpitations. Discontinue OTC Sexual Enhancement Drugs under Supervision: Pause taking these unprescribed combination pills immediately. Do not resume taking Megalis D or Manforce Staylong until a doctor has thoroughly cleared your cardiovascular system.
Health Tips
Never purchase or stack over-the-counter PDE5 inhibitors and SSRIs without a formal prescription. Taking unprescribed combination drugs hides underlying cardiovascular or psychogenic issues and increases the risk of severe drug interactions and toxicity. Address the Root Cause of Sexual Concerns: At 25 years old, reliance on combination pills for performance is typically driven by anxiety or behavioral conditioning rather than underlying organic dysfunction. Once your heart and nervous system are cleared, work with a sexologist or psychologist to build natural confidence without relying on heavy OTC medications. Seek Emergency Care if Symptoms Worsen: If your irregular heartbeat is accompanied by chest pain, shortness of breath, severe dizziness, or fainting (syncope), go straight to the emergency room immediately.
