hi , ipill is know to disturb the hormones in female body leading to disturbed menses, pain before or during menses.
since you have taken it know what you got to do is to improve you diet and exercise a little , this will help to stabilize your hormones and increase your stamina to deal with pain.
i would suggest you never to take ipill as headache medicine, as they cause lot of disturbance and before taking ipill will always suggest you to consult doctor to understand is it required to take them, because many a times female being in safe period dont require to take them but just due to fear they tend to take ipill. so pls if possible always consult before you take ipill.
please feel free to contact me if you have any further doubts.
