Effects of ipill
What are the side effects of ipill.... And is it safe to use... What would happen if i eat a tablet without knowing that ejaculation takes place inside my vagina or not....????

I pill should be used only as an emergency contraception ideally within 24hrs of unprotected sex. No major side effects other than nausea and vomiting.  But if u have to use I pill regularly, oral contraceptive pills will be a better alternative with less chances of failure. EVen after taking I pill if you miss your periods you should consult your doctor to rule out the chances of pregnancy.

Thank you for your query. Ipill is a form of emergency contraception and contains the hormone progesterone. Depending upon where you are in your cycle it works by inhibiting ovulation or making the endometrium unfavorable for implantation and the cervical mucus thick. It is most effective if taken within 24 hours of unprotected sexual intercourse in order to prevent a pregnancy. You can take it up to 72 hours but the efficacy decreases the longer you leave it. Common side effects are nausea, irregular bleeding, changes in period and abdominal pain. It has no long term effects on fertility.
