I have taken ipill 8. its become nine days i am only getting back pain n a light stomach achr nothing else. how can I say dat the ipill has worked. and what should I do next... my last date is jst 12 days ahead know.????

After taking an iPill one can wait for 7-14 days for the effect to occur. The effect is seen in form of a early period. sow ait for the adequate days and if you don't get menses by 14 days of taking iPIll, go fot a urine pregnancy test on an early morning sample and see the result.
iPill is am emergency contraceptive pill. It is to be used for persons who have infrequent sex, say once in a month or later. It causes changes in the lining of the uterus and prevents the pregnancy from happening.
BUT like every contraceptive, iPills can fail too, and this will be shown as absence of menses within 14 days of taking iPill.
