I want to know if itching is happening all over body with very small clusters of pimples on skin where itchin starts n skin gets reddish after itching, is it a auto immune disease nd even after taking medicines for a prolongedperiod prescribed by dermatslogist ,I m not getting benefit then which dr should I consult

We need to know proper history of your type of rashes( if wheals) and medications you took previously.
Based on proper examination and certain tests we can tel proper diagnosis.. Whether if it's cholinergic urticaria or autoimmune condition difficult to tell without proper consultation!
