I have started taking 2 garlic cloves everyday because I have varicose veins in my left leg and it gives me a very good relief but what bothers me is that after taking the clove i feel some disturbance of gas on my left chest . I want to know what will be the best way to take garlic which also not cause gas to me.

Hi You can start with garlic pills which are easily available in the market ,that will not cause any problem..
