Your one of the valve in heart is leaking it might be due to bicuspid aortic valve which is present in 2% of the population please do regular check up you might require surgery in future

Your echo shows there is mild to moderate leak in the aortic valve. The reason could be due to bicuspid aortic valve as per echo. You need to be on follow-up to see whether the leak worsens or not. Your symptoms could be due to the leak.
